Discovery Learning was established in 1994 to provide a dynamic and professional training and development service to both the public sector and industry groups. The staff have been involved in designing and implementing performance management and appraisal programs for more than twenty years. Our philosophy is to work in co-operation with you to ensure maximum ownership of the program and product outcomes. Elizabeth Stroud is the Director and founder of Discovery Learning. She has more than twenty-five years experience in facilitation and organisational training and development in both Australia and overseas. In her long career as a learning facilitator and trainer, she has worked with a diverse range of organisations and community groups including boards of management and executive directors, as well as people on the shop floor. Elizabeth has worked as a Senior Administrator in the Australian Public Service and spent more than ten years in the resource industry. Her depth and range of skills include:
